Including. The amounts on this page are what you pay. For customers in the Netherlands that includes 21% Dutch VAT; the exact amount is shown on your invoice. Business customers elsewhere in the EU can enter their VAT number at checkout and pay 0% under the reverse-charge rule, and customers outside the EU are not charged VAT at all. The price itself stays the same either way.

Yes. Plans are month-to-month, and you manage your subscription yourself through the self-service billing portal — change seats, update payment details or cancel whenever you want. Even after cancelling, your existing data stays visible and exportable.

During the trial you get full access with up to 3 projects, no credit card required. When it ends, everything you built stays visible and exportable — you just can't create new projects until you pick a plan.

You do. You can export your full dataset — projects, budgets, quotes, rundowns, crew planning and more — in one structured file at any time, and you can delete your account and all of its data yourself whenever you choose.

Yes. Every screen and every portal switches instantly between English and Dutch, per user — your Dutch crew and your international client can each work in their own language.

Bring your existing lists with you: import material lists from CSV, Excel or PDF, import supplier catalogs from CSV, and upload supplier PDF quotes to have them auto-matched to your catalog and split by category.

Yes. Create a key under Team → API keys, pick its scopes, and call the endpoints with a Bearer token. Today that covers reading your projects and your equipment; GET https://production-os.app/api/v1 answers with what your own key is allowed to do. It is rate limited per key. Beyond that you can export everything in one structured file at any time, so your data is never locked in — and if you need a scope that isn't there yet, tell us which one.
